Our Easy Peasy At Home Workout

We all have those days where its too hard to get our butts into gear, our active wear is in the wash and our TV remote is just SO much closer than our runners. BUT speaking from experience, the hardest part of the workout is actually making yourself do it. Plus trust me when I say you never EVER regret a workout.
Here are a few of my tips to get your butt into gear when your relationship with exercise is on the rocks.
Buy yourself new active wear
Set yourself up a serious workout playlist
Set your workout space up a few hours before you start, this way there’s not another excuse to stop before you’ve started
Prepare your workout prior to starting, this will give you a clear idea about what you need to be doing whilst you workout
And as Nike says ‘JUST DO IT!’
To kick start your arse kicking workout regime here is one of my favourite at home workouts (no excuses here ladies – ITS ALREADY WRITTEN FOR YOU!!) plus its only 30 minutes, or 2.5% of your entire day.
Equipment
Runners
Comfortable active wear
A Drink Bottle
A pair of dumbbells
A skipping rope
A TRX
Workout
Each exercise is to be performed for 40 seconds with a 20 second break in between for 3 rounds.
- Mountain Climbers
- Weighted squats (use dumbbell)
- Pushups (on toes or knees)
- Skipping
- TRX Jump Squats
- Sprints
- Burpee Pyramid (1x1, 2x2, 3x3 etc)
- Bear Crawls
- Bicep Curls
- TRX Pulls
